This is a professional private PA role for a globally travelling businessman (owner of several hotel labels) who expects seamless support, discretion, and calm execution. You will travel with the CEO in most cases and you will be present during outdoor trips and activities. This is not a desk job. It is a lifestyle and performance role, with clear professional boundaries.
What you will do as a Spanish / English international PA
Own end to end travel logistics: flights, hotels, transfers, visas, itineraries, contingencies
Run the day: calendar, priorities, time blocks, confirmations, briefings, follow ups
Coordinate luxury and outdoor trips: hiking, skiing, diving, fishing, yachting
Coordinate yacht logistics with captain and crew at white glove level: readiness, provisioning, itineraries, guest logistics
Prepare and capture meeting minutes when required, and close action loops
Keep monthly reporting and consolidation timelines on track via relevant teams, and ensure the CEO receives what is needed on time
Support Spanish progress: structure a daily routine, keep momentum, track progress toward a future course in Spain
